There are several holiday events at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre, and this is more than just swimming.
This is because their aquatic centre is more like a water playground for the children. There are different amazing water Funland activities including sauna, steam room, river rapid ride, water slide, five spas, spray jets, spurting volcanos, and bubble beach, which are surrounded by colourful mosaics and lush palm trees. With professional supervision, your children are safe in luxurious heated water.
For the school holidays, the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre will be running different clinics and activities to keep the kids occupied throughout the school holidays. Some of these include:
All Day Holiday Recreational Program
All-day holiday recreational programs: Swim Intensive Program, Specialist Clinics, and Private Lessons
Fully qualified Austswim instructors will deliver these programs and provide safety for your kids, making sure that these programs are filled with fun during the school holidays.
These programs are set to hold for four weeks in January 2019 with the schedule listed as follows:
Week 1: Wednesday 2 – Friday 4 January
Week 2: Monday 7 – Friday 11 January
Week 3: Monday 14 – Friday 18 January
Week 4: Monday 21 – Friday 25 January
Cost
The cost of the programs differs depending on whether you want your children to take part in all or some of the programs.
However, generally, the price is $57 per day and $260 per week.

Session Times
These programs are to hold only during the school holidays and runs from 8 am – 5.30pm daily. All kids from the range of 5 to 14 years are to participate in the programs, younger kids from 5-9 years can participate in Sports Mini and 10 – 14 years kids can participate in Sports Plus.
Parking
Once you validate your parking ticket, there is 4-hour free parking is available in P2, directly adjacent to the Aquatic Centre.
Diving Clinic
From 5 to 16 years, bring all your kids to join our diving clinic at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre and to learn something new and exciting.
With the supervision of fully qualified Austswim instructors, your children will learn different diving techniques. Diving clinics are available for juniors (from 5-10 years) and seniors (from 10-16 years).
The diving clinic program schedule is from the 7th January and ends on 25th of January 2019.
Cost
The cost of the programs differs depending on the age of the children. While the 5-10-year-old child will pay $24, the 10-16-year-old child will have to pay $30.
Session Times
For the three weeks, 5 – 8 years will start their program by 10 am – 11 am and 9 – 15 years will start theirs by 11 am – 12.30pm.

Water Polo Clinic
The water polo clinic at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is available for all children during their holiday session.
Enrol your children for water polo clinic!
Here they can learn the basic skills of water polo in a fun environment.
Your children will develop different skills such as moving the ball through the water, defending, passing, and shooting. This popular program is a great way to learn a new sport, develop your skills and making new friends.
Note – all participants must be able to swim up to 25m in water independently and unaided.
The Water Polo Clinic is starting on 9th of January and ending on 23rd of January.
Session Times
The program runs 1.5 hours, from 10 am – 11.30am every day all through the program.
