1. Magic of Christmas
Magic of Christmas will happen at Carrs Bush Park again this year. Come down and enjoy free live entertainment with the locals of Georges river area.
When: The event is on the 1st of December at 3.00pm.
Location: Located at Carwar Ave, Carss Park. There will be a special guest for the little ones.

2. Sydney Christmas Children’s Concert
Need a place to really entertain your children this Christmas? Well, this is an event that you must take your children.
When: The event is on the 1st of December at 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
Location: It will be located at Prince Alfred Park on Chalmers Street, Surry Hills.
It will be jam-packed with live entertainment and star-studded line-ups of your children’s favourite characters. The list includes; Jimmy Giggle as MC and Justine Clarke, Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom and Splash Dance, The Listies and much more…
Your children can also enjoy an array of activities, and the event will finish off with night fireworks.
The Children’s charity – Variety, have Santa stockings available to purchase at $5 each.

3. Alexandria Village Christmas Concert
Take your children to a great family-friendly event.
When: Alexandria Village Christmas concert is on the 7th December at 6.30pm- 8.30pm.
Location: This event will be located at Alexandria Park, Buckland Street, Alexandria.
Your children will be star-struck when they see their favourite characters in action. The line-up includes The Listies and Bunny Rackets, Ally Boom & The Cool Bananas, Splash Dance and Hot Potato Band. This event has the same activities – just like the Sydney Christmas Children’s concert, so you know your kids will be entertained till 8.30pm.

4. Rushcutters Bay Village Christmas concert
Rushcutters Bay has joined in the Christmas spirit, they will be holding a concert and
When: 8th of December at 6.30pm -8.30pm.
Location: Reg Bartley Oval, Rushcutters Bay.
This event has the same activities and entertainments – just like the Sydney Christmas Children’s Concert and Alexandria Village Christmas Concert.

5. Rosebery Village Christmas Concert
Rosebery is another suburb that will be holding a children’s Christmas concert.
When: The event will be held on the 9th December at 6.30pm – 8.30pm.
Location: Located at Turruwul Park, Rosebery.
They also have the same activities and entertainment – just like the Sydney Christmas Children’s Concert, Alexandria Village Christmas Concert and Rushcutters Bay Village Christmas concert – rest assured that your children will have a great time.

6. A choral Christmas celebration
Be dazzled by the architecture once you are in St Mary’s Cathedral. This Cathedral is a fantastic place for families to listen to traditional Christmas carols. The Cathedral is on St Mary’s road, Sydney and the celebration starts on the 14th of December from 11.00am – 12.30pm, and another session from 7.00pm – 8.30pm. You can find more info here.

7. Christmas fun in the city
This is a local community initiative with the help of Wesley Mission congregation members.
When: Come and join them celebrate the festive season on the 15th of December at 11.00am – 3.00pm.
Location: Located on 220 Pitt Street, Sydney.
This event has many activities for your children to enjoy and carols to sing along. There will be a surprise guest for your little ones.

8. Christmas at Sydney town hall
The Sydney town hall is a great place to hold a Christmas concert. Come and enjoy the festive season at the Sydney Town Hall. There will be a live concert for you to listen and sing along to.
When: on the 18th of December at 8.00pm – 9.30pm.

9. Woolworths Carols in the Domain
This is a grand event that successfully runs every year – a thumbs up! Woolworths Carols in the Domain will be held
When: on the 22nd December, at 19.45pm
Location: Domain, next to Art Gallery
As the name states, the event will be held in the domain adjacent to the Royal Botanic gardens between Art Gallery Road and Hospital Road. The main event will commence at 7.45pm, but if you and your family would like to come a bit earlier –they have pre-entertainment at 3.00pm.

10. Choirs in the City: Martin Place
After you are done with your Christmas shopping, then come and relax under the big Christmas tree at Martin Place and hear the choir.
When: 24th November up to the 24th of December.
Location: at Martin Place, Sydney.
There will be an extra performance from the Salvation Army band. They will be singing from the 22nd – 24th December.

11. Choirs in the City: Pitt Street Mall
You know the festive season is here when you hear the choirs singing beautiful Christmas carols, right on your favourite shopping strip. You can locate the angelic voice of the choir on Pitt Street, between Market and King street. For your convenience, the choir will sing between the 25th November to the 23rd December. Their schedule is as follows:
• Thursday 6.00pm – 8.00pm
• Saturday 6.00pm – 7.00pm
• Sunday 6.00pm – 7.00pm
When: Between the 25th November to the 23rd December

12. Festival of Carols
Come to join the Collegium Musicum choir to celebrate the last UNSW Christmas event.
When: 25 November, at 5:00pm -7:00pm
